Once orders are placed please allow 1-2 business days for payment to clear and orders to be processed.
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class or UPS Ground Shipping depending on the weight of the package and your selection at checkout. Standard Shipping please allow 3-5 business days to receive your merchandise from the time your order is processed. Priority Shipping please allow 2-3 business days to receive your merchandise from the time your order is processed. Please note all mail carriers are experiencing delays due COVID19. Be mindful when placing your orders. This is no fault of our own as the world is facing a global pandemic as well as shipping delays.
International shipping is USPS First Class Mail please allow 10-14 business days to receive your merchandise from the time your order is processed.
All products purchased under one order number will ship together. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders. Curvas custom made faja orders take approximately 3-4 weeks. This will always be the case unless noted other wise or notification is sent to you via email.
Curvy Boxes are shipped via UPS Ground and tracking is provided. Processing time is 48-72 business hours, followed by 7-8 business days shipping delivery time.
*Once order(s) have been shipped we are not responsible for any delays due to USPS or UPS achieving delivery time, please plan accordingly.* Packages are not considered lost until it's been in transit for 30 or more days, at that point a refund will be processed not sooner then 30 days in transit.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact the delivery carrier (either United States Postal Service or UPS) address the issue directly with them. Shaped Curvy does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated or marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Expedited shipping service is available at an additional cost. International shipping is also available at an additional cost. International shipping is 10-14 business days. *Please note international shipments have to be declared and pass customs. They can be held at customs which could delay delivery time*
*Some countries may charge a Duty Tax for merchandise shipped. This is not a fee we cover because it's not related to shipping. If you decide to refuse your merchandise because of the Duty Tax Fee your merchandise will be refunded once we receive the merchandise minus the shipping cost which has been incurred and is also non-refundable*
If your address is considered undeliverable, if customs refuses your order in your country of origin or if delivery has been attempted and you failed to follow up and package is returned; once the merchandise is returned to us we will refund you the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping cost which has been incurred by us and is also non-refundable.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your address, please double check address provided for we are not responsible once the package is delivered and your information is incorrect.
Orders placed after 4pm (EST) are considered next business day. Orders placed after 4pm (EST) on a Friday will not be processed until the next business day. Please note if there is a holiday in between or if orders are placed on a holiday, orders are not processed until the following business day.
Effective September 1, 2018- As a method of security all purchases that have different billing and shipping address will require verification of valid identification as well as verification of last 4 digits of card used displaying name on card. Both name on identification and credit cards must match in order to process orders. Not promptly responding to our email will delay shipment. After 72 hours of no response the order will be canceled.
