Returns

All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns and/or refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace merchandise if they are received defective, you have (3) days from receiving the product to notify us via email that it was defective. Compression garments/Curvas 360 Lipofoam must have all original tags attached, show no signs of use, and in original packaging. Send us an email at info@shapedcurvy.com Once we receive your email, follow up instructions will be provided. You will have up to 14 days from the day we are notified to return merchandise, thereafter the product will not be accepted. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to us for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Curvas Custom Fajas

If for any reason within 48 hours of receiving your faja/compression garment does not fit, or is damaged we MUST be emailed and advised. If upon discussion, an agreement of replacement is made the original faja/compression garment must be returned in order to receive a replacement faja/garment. You will be emailed a return label once the replacement is ready to ship. No exceptions!!!
