Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are FINAL! Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns, exchanges and/or refunds. Due to COVID-19 pandemic we are not making any exceptions. During these times the safety of our staff and customers is primary.

Curvas Custom Fajas/Garment

After an order is placed you have  2 BUSINESS DAYS to make changes and/or cancelation. If cancelation is requested after 2 business days from the day the order is placed there will be a 30% restocking fee charged, for we have already begun manufacturing the custom faja/garment.

Upon Receiving your Custom Faja

If for any reason within 48 hours of receiving your faja/compression garment does not fit, or is damaged we MUST be emailed and advised. If upon discussion, an agreement of replacement or adjustments is made the original faja/compression garment must be returned in order to receive a replacement faja/garment, if a replacement is decided. If not adjustments will be the alternative. Please note: the garment/fajas must be in the original conditions as received. The garment/faja must be sent back or in transit within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date the label is emailed to you.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace merchandise if they are received defective, you have (2) days from receiving the product to notify us via email that it was defective. All products must have original tags attached, show no signs of use, and in original packaging. Send us an email at info@shapedcurvy.com Once we receive your email, follow up instructions will be provided. You will have up to 14 days from the day we are notified to return merchandise, thereafter the product will not be accepted. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to us for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
